Rock n’ Roll Marathon – June 26
At the beginning of March 2010 I decided to run my first marathon. Only a few weeks to go to the big day, the Seattle Rock n Roll Marathon on June 26. I’m on a training schedule I found online. My last big run was 20 miles! I did it in 2:47:30. Not bad for an old guy. I’m hoping to break 4 hours for the marathon.
To provide motivation I also decided to support the Lazarex Cancer Foundation
